Grab an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing team at Nepali Paisa Media Pvt. Ltd.

We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! As a CMO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.

As a CMO, you will be required to;

Set Marketing Goals and Objectives.
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy.
Develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.
Determine KPIs for the marketing department. Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
Keep the marketing budget in check.
Work with sales and development and customer success teams.
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and implement in the company.
Attend marketing conferences and educational programs.
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Other Specifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing roles.
MBA with major in Marketing preferred. BBA/ BBS graduates are also eligible to apply.
Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.
Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for details!
Great Leadership Skill.
Able to travel to meet clients and attend field trips and trainings.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how.
