Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and manage all aspects of human resource functions. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and expansion plans
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives
Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward structures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
Manage HR operations including payroll, employee relations, and administration
Lead organizational development, succession planning, and leadership training
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure
Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or service industry is an advantage
