Job Description

The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will be responsible for driving the strategic business direction, growth, and profitability of all agribusiness operations, including subsidiary companies under Muktinath Krishi Company. This executive-level role demands strong business penetration, leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of agribusiness operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies for Muktinath Krishi and its subsidiaries to ensure long-term sustainability and market competitiveness.
Oversee daily operations, performance management, and operational efficiency across all business units and subsidiaries.
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis. Ensure sound financial practices and compliance across all entities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives both domestically and internationally.
Supervise and coordinate activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring alignment with the parent company’s mission, values, and goals.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including farmers, investors, regulators, and internal teams to build trust and ensure transparent communication.
Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor senior managers and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
Promote the integration of modern agricultural technologies and digital tools for enhanced productivity and sustainability.
