Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and expand sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve business targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and retailers within the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer networks
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Promote company products and provide basic technical guidance to customers
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships
