  • Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Job Description

  • Supervise and lead day-to-day laboratory operations, testing, and analysis of raw materials, clinker, and cement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (NS, BIS, ASTM, EN, etc.) and company specifications.
  • Conduct regular sampling and testing to monitor chemical composition and consistency of raw mix and finished products.
  • Collaborate with production and process teams to optimize kiln feed, clinker quality, and cement strength.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and testing records.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
  • Train, guide, and monitor junior chemists and lab technicians.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for quality certifications and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in laboratory operations.
  • Support R&D initiatives and product development as per market requirements.
