Job Description

Supervise and lead day-to-day laboratory operations, testing, and analysis of raw materials, clinker, and cement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards (NS, BIS, ASTM, EN, etc.) and company specifications.
Conduct regular sampling and testing to monitor chemical composition and consistency of raw mix and finished products.
Collaborate with production and process teams to optimize kiln feed, clinker quality, and cement strength.
Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and testing records.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
Train, guide, and monitor junior chemists and lab technicians.
Coordinate with external agencies for quality certifications and audits.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in laboratory operations.
Support R&D initiatives and product development as per market requirements.
