  • Should have knowledge of VAT and TAX system as per policies of Govt. of Nepal
  • Should have knowledge of MS office package
  • Should be result oriented, and self motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure situation
  • Must have good computer skills

Job Description

  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures
  • Manage 
    • VAT refunds
    • VAT and Income tax Audit
    • Books of Accounts internal Audit
    • Maintain Balance Sheets
    • Monitoring of day to day accounts of the company
    • Timely submission of VAT/TDS and other legal obligation to respective authority. Custom duties/Clearing forwarding including all Import purchase related expense entries
    • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
    • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
    • Resolve accounting discrepancies
    • Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
    • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
    • Interact with external auditors in completing audits
    • Other duties as assigned
