Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Office Assistance. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently .

The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping, deliver of bank and related documents, coronating with government offices, bank and customs. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office Assistance ensures smooth running of office and contributes in driving sustainable growth .

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Coordinate various activities with banks, custom and other government offices. 
  • Manage correspondence (letters, documents, packages etc.)
  • Support banking and government related paper works and documentation.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Fresher/ Proven experience as an office Assistance or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • 10+2 in any stream or relevant field is preferred
