We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Campaign Lead to drive high-impact advocacy and public engagement initiatives. This role involves designing and executing evidence-based campaign strategies, representing the organization at local, national, and international forums, and influencing policy and practice changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, media outlets, internal departments, and partner organizations, to maximize campaign impact and build movements for change.
Design and execute comprehensive, evidence-based campaign strategies that align with the organization's goals and target specific decision-makers or public audiences.
Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing it at local, national, and international forums and lobbying key decision-makers to influence policy and practice changes.
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data, preparing reports for senior management and donors to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines and timelines.
Oversee and mentor a team of campaign officers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This includes managing workloads, ensuring professional development.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Communications or relevant field
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in campaign management, advocacy, or a related field within the non-profit or development sector, often including several years in a management or leadership position.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Pokhara or nearby areas.
