Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Communications & Growth Executive to support our marketing, communications, and operational coordination activities.

This role acts as a key coordination point between internal teams, partners, and clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and strong digital presence. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing knowledge, communication skills, and organizational ability to support the organization’s growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
Support organizational coordination across departments to ensure effective execution of activities.

Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility:

Coordinate with the graphic design team to create engaging social media and promotional content.
Manage the organization’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Plan, schedule, and publish content while monitoring engagement and campaign performance.
Support SMS marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns.

Website & Content Management:

Manage and update website content and digital communication platforms.
Handle organizational email communications and ensure timely responses.

Documentation & Administrative Support:

Draft and prepare proposals, agreements, reports, and official documentation.
Coordinate the development of promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, calendars, and leaflets.
Maintain organized records and documentation for internal and external communications.

Event & Training Coordination:

Support planning and coordination of events, conferences, and organizational programs.
Assist with training program management including academy portal coordination, schedules, and participant communication.

Business Support & Operations:

Assist the sales team with lead tracking and inquiry management.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including bookings and itineraries.
Manage company assets including travel cards, credit cards, and other assigned resources while ensuring proper usage and compliance.
Support management of company insurance policies and related documentation.
Contribute to improving internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, business coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting proposals, agreements, and professional correspondence.
Proficiency in office and digital tools such as Microsoft Office, email platforms, and basic website content management systems.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of documentation and administrative processes, including proposals, agreements, and official correspondence.
Understanding data confidentiality and responsible handling of organizational credentials and resources.
