Prime Education Group is expanding its footprint and launching new initiatives across the education and training space. We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking professional who can support organizational growth, help establish new initiatives, and build meaningful external relationships.

This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in an evolving environment and can translate ideas into structured action.

Key Responsibilities:

Support identification, development, and execution of new initiatives aligned with the Group’s long-term vision
Engage with potential partners, institutions, professionals, and other stakeholders
Assist in business development and outreach activities
Support early-stage setup and coordination of new programs or ventures
Conduct light research and prepare concept notes, proposals, and briefing materials
Coordinate internally to ensure follow-through, alignment, and timely progress

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in Management, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Prior exposure to education, training, consulting, or social-impact sectors is preferred

Ideal Profile:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment
Ability to work closely with senior leadership
