  • At least 6 months of prior experience in same field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
  • +2 or equivalent qualification.

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information, inquiries, and transactions into the company database.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining quality standards for customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
