Job Description

• Forecasting the call and contacts volume
• Monthly, weekly, daily, and hourly capacity planning for each channels
  
• Workforce management, planning the roster
  
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for different teams
  
• Report analysis and evaluation
  
• Customer scorecard evaluation on monthly basis

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience(fresher's are also encouraged to apply)
