Job Description

About the job:

This is a sales job. You will be mostly going from store to store or calling sellers to educate them about the benefit of e-commerce and convince them to partner with Kaymu to sell their products online. You will be regularly trained to improve your performance and to reach our daily/weekly/monthly targets, for which there will be a bonus.

  • You will identify high-quality sellers/merchants and visit their stores to convince them to join our e-commerce platform.
  • You will identify online sellers from Facebook and other search engines, and then call them to sell from our platform.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our sellers, so you will have to make a great first impression.
  • You will work with our photographers to identify top selling products and get product descriptions, prices, photos etc so that they can be uploaded to our platform.
  • You will frequently analyze and understand data to prioritize your efforts accordingly.
  • Overall, you can expect a lot of challenges. E-commerce is very new in Nepal and we are here to take it to the next level. So, you will need to be both aggressive and patient at the same time.
