Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for LCCI Global Qualifications by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting qualification programs to institutions and corporate partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed organizational sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client retention.
Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction post-sale.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Align marketing strategies with sales objectives in close cooperation with the business development team.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand professional networks.
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales and marketing activities, detailing key performance indicators and outcomes.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability in negotiation and closing deals.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset for assessing marketing strategies and sales outcomes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
