Eurokids, Nepal's leading and largest preschool chain, with a global presence of over 1475 pre-schools worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer at our Bishalnagar branch in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion for Eurokids Bishalnagar.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and other stakeholders in the community.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent Eurokids at various events, conferences, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, market trends, and growth projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, IT Skills, Handling Social Media, and educational management software
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages.
