Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing Connect H.R.'s services and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
Represent Connect H.R. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development initiatives.
Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, revenue targets, and client acquisition progress.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market trends, client feedback, and business development strategies.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR outsourcing, and a preference for candidates with relevant industry experience.
Strong understanding of HR services and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
