Job Description

Reports to BOD/ COO

The scope of Work:  Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Main Responsibilities (For EV Rental)

  • Analyze potential markets and recommends strategies to achieve expansion goals into profitable markets with data and analytics.
  • To ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently.
  • Ensuring vehicle inspections are completed and appropriate actions are taken.
  • Working with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements. 
  • Developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails for business enhancement.

Main Responsibilities (For E-Stop)

  • Initiate a search for qualifying target sites for new charger installations.Contact potential site partners and request permission to install chargers
  • Execute legally binding agreements with target site partners and negotiate terms of lease agreements
  • Participate in project management of signed agreements to facilitate charger permitting/installation
  • Record process related information on team-shared database systems and perform all tasks at a pace to achieve quarterly and annual goals for new site development
  • Overall supervision, inspecting E-stop area and preparing the reports

Main Responsibilities (For Eco Resort)

  • Business Development officer will be responsible for managing resort-client relationship, developing new clients and managing negotiations
  • Develop relationship with hotels, travel agencies, corporate booking agencies in order to expand our business
  • Pitching our core values, product and services to potential new clients
  • Plan, innovate and execute business strategy to explore new revenue streams
  • Market Research, analyzing and identify business growth opportunity and create a list of prospective clients for targeting
  • Regularly revise the list which provides active leads that are identifiable
  • Prepare periodic reports on business development of the business
  • Participate in industry networking events to represent the company and for promotion of business
