Have the ability to become a product knowledge expert in our top residential and business product offerings: ADSL, Home Phone and Mobile connections
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales Team in a Call Centre for Experienced BDE. No experience required for Trainee.
Ability to start early in the morning ( 5 A.M )
Must have own mode of transportation

Make outbound calls and promote company's products and services
Present personalised solutions based on customers current and future needs
Work very closely with Business Development Manager over the phone to help meet business expectations and achieve set KPIs
