Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Revenue for the year as per budget for marketing revenues targets for the year – 80%

Ensure that the revenues are achieved as per the budget
Ensure that 95 % of events online ticketing are done by company.
Ensure that all government agencies and events are tied up.
E-voucher selling to strategic companies as per budget.
Keeping close track of competition and their event tracking.
Coordinating with Tech team for Event activation.
Long-term ups with all event management companies from the country.
Barter / Merchant tie ups for promoting company brand with Joint ventures tie ups.
Leading the team to achieve better results with reference to event management and client satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management – 5%

Ensure that solid business relationships are maintained with all stakeholders on the customer side
Ensure open and clear communication about account performance, project updates, feedback and any changes that will impact the customer
Ensure High-level of customer confidence and trust in company product ability to deliver on current model and new models

Marketing collaterals, contracts / Mou– 10%

Ensuring that all marketing collaterals have proper logo
Presence of company banding in all online partners collaterals
Feedback after events from event managers and clients
Ensure that all clients get their payments in time after the event is done.

Work Environment and Organizational Culture Enabling -5%

Ensure a very open and transparent business culture that focuses on high performance is in place
Ensure gossiping and any other behaviour that is against the company’s culture are discouraged
Enable innovation and open communication
Ensure highest levels of energy, enthusiasm and excitement is maintained in the organization
Ensure fair and equitable assessment of people, process, customer and performance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Salary: 8 lakhs -10 lakhs / annum in NPR
Education Qualification: MBA in Event management or marketing management with an experience of 3 to 4 years in Nepal with event organisers/working with any e-commerce or ticketing platform is an added advantage.
Driving license for 2 or 4-wheeler is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Nepali, understands the ticketing business.
