Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing and website. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services.
Solution Selling: Develop customized digital marketing and website development solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.

Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing and website development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
