• Assist in formulation and preparation of sales plan on a periodic basis
• Update database on receipt of maintenance request form
• Generate and compile business reports
• Assist in the preparation of sales incentive programs
• Coordinate with the sales personnel, ASM and distributors pertaining to collection and dispatch
• Prepare dispatch schedules on daily basis
• Coordinate with warehouse for daily dispatch
• Monitor production schedules
• Collect data from all the concerned to generate & circulate the daily/weekly/monthly report
