• Coordinates with Branding Officer to ensure the smooth functioning of Branding Department  
• Plan and Schedule Social Media Contents 
• Coordinate with other departments at Himalayan java to stay updated regarding the outlet’s  branding status 
• Plan, communicate and execute promotional campaigns for the brand 
• Communicate and coordinate with promotional partners of Himalayan Java 
• Provide administrative support to the team members 
• Regular visits at Outlets of Himalayan Java to ensure proper branding at the outlets 
• Coordinate with the sister concerns of Himalayan Java 
• Assist the Branding officer to schedule and conduct Franchise meetings 
• Coordinate with the owners and franchise owners at Himalayan Java through emails, calls or  meetings to communicate information and resolve any issues or queries 
• Conduct and document market research on latest trends in changing consumer tastes. 
• Execute brand strategies in an effective manner.
