Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year

Job Description

Develop PR with prospects through telephonic conversation, accommodates guests of showroom, assist in branding and marketing activities, and ensure high-quality guest relation.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, tele-caller or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Technical or Administrative Knowledge:

  • General knowledge of computers (Office Package)

Special Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential. Your goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
