About the job

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a branch office, including sales, marketing, customer service, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the telecommunications industry and strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of employees, including sales representatives, customer service agents, and technical support staff.
Provide leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the branch's territory.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure that the branch operates efficiently and cost-effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory and resources to meet customer demand.
Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize branch performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to branch operations.
Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and employee conflicts as they arise.
Implement solutions to improve branch performance.
Generate regular reports on branch performance and provide updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ISP products, services, and industry trends.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
