Job Description

The Manager is responsible for administration and efficient daily operation of the company including lending, product sales, customer service and safety in accordance with the company’s strategic goals. The candidate should have at least a bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent from recognized university and should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in cooperative or any financial institution including at least 1 year in supervisory role. Age should not exceed 35 years as on March 3 2021.

  • To supervise overall office activities
  • To develop the organization policies
  • To promote organization marketing activities by visiting customer's firm individually
  • To develop customer relation
  • To flow the all information about the organization to CEO 
  • To be serious about achieving the organization goal
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and  business plans
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
