Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in any field
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banks and financial institution or other marketing organizations
• Age not exceeding 35 years as of date of application
• The candidate must be a Nepali citizen, a local resident and currently residing at Jumla

Job Description

• Lead and manage all operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business targets
• Drive sales growth and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards
