Eligibility Criteria

Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banks and financial institution or other marketing organizations
Age not exceeding 35 years as of date of application
The candidate must be a Nepali citizen, a local resident and currently residing at Jumla

Job Description

Lead and manage all operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business targets
Drive sales growth and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships
Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance and service excellence
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards
