KK Business House Pvt Ltd, a leading import-based company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, oversee import-related transactions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in import documentation, foreign exchange transactions, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
Handle daily administrative tasks related to financial operations and record-keeping
Process, follow-up on, and reconcile invoices and payments
Monitor and manage Letters of Credit (LC) for international transactions
Manage import documentation, including invoices, bills of entry, and customs duties
Reconcile bank statements, foreign exchange transactions, and vendor accounts

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Skills:

Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an import/export company).
Proficiency in Tally software, MS office, excel.
Strong knowledge of import, forex transactions, and banking procedures.
Nepali typing will be considered a plus point.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customs clearance and international trade regulations.
Knowledge of LCs, foreign exchange, and taxation for imports.

Note:

Working Hour: 9:30am-6:30pm
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Having two-wheelers with a driving license are highly preferred.
