Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a client-facing showroom role centered on trust, service, and a refined presentation of diamond and gold collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Welcome clients and guide them through jewelry selections for weddings, gifting, and personal milestones.
Product Expertise: Learn diamond quality (the 4Cs) and gold purity standards to provide confident, expert advice.
Service Excellence: Support the sales process with patience, discretion, and a high standard of customer care.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate display and assist in arranging the showroom daily to reflect luxury standards.
Sales Reporting: Use the billing system and MS Excel to record sales and maintain basic customer information.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: +2 completed in any faculty.
Experience: 1 year or more in retail or sales.
Communication: Fluent in spoken Nepali with a good command of English.
Aptitude: Friendly, patient, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
Character: Strong punctuality, reliability, and high personal integrity.
Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.
