Job Description

Work closely with top management, with a key focus on meeting branch goals and profitability
Monitor, control and evaluate Operations and Test preparation department with timely feedback to management
Providing market insight and intelligence
Ensuring strong compliance to company policies and processes
Increase enrollments for test preparation and Study Abroad
Innovating and bringing new ideas in Study Abroad and Test preparation arena for business growth
Regular training to staff, counseling support and feedback from Students.
Regular reporting to the management about progress on business operations
Ensuring a first-class experience for students
Maintain high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations
