Roles and responsibilities of this job

Jump KTM is looking for a motivated and responsible Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily branch operations and staff activities
Ensure smooth workflow and achievement of branch targets
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor inventory, sales, and operational performance
Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to management
Ensure company policies and standards are followed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
