We are seeking detail-oriented BOQ and Billing Engineer to manage BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project billing. The role involves preparing BOQs from drawings and specifications, generating project quotations, handling client billing and invoices, and maintaining accurate cost records.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs from drawings and specifications
Cost estimation and project quotations
Client billing and invoice preparation
Coordinate with Designers, Site Engineers and Vendors
Track measurements, variations and billing accuracy
Maintain BOQ, billing and cost records

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in BOQ preparation and billing
Interior fit-out/construction industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and billing software
High attention to detail and analytical skills
