Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, assist in basic accounting tasks, and support front desk and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process billing, invoicing, and receipts accurately
Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and daily reports
Handle customer/guest inquiries in a professional manner
Support basic accounting and data entry tasks
Maintain stock and financial records as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all billing-related activities

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Good Nepali and English typing skills preferred
