The Bagaicha is a leading restaurant offering a unique dining experience with an exceptional ambiance. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Captain to lead our bar team and ensure top-notch service for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Engage with guests, ensuring customer satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience.
Handle cash, balance daily accounts, and generate sales reports.
Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts efficiently.
Proficiency in English and Nepali.
Age: 25-40 years preferred.
