We are seeking a highly capable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, staff management, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations including opening, closing, service flow, staff coordination, and guest experience.
Ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination during service hours.
Supervise, train, guide, and hold restaurant staff accountable for performance, discipline, grooming, and service standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and urgent service issues professionally and quickly.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, expenses, stock usage, wastage, and operational reports.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, procurement, finance, and management teams for smooth daily operations.
Manage staff rosters, attendance, shift planning, leave coordination, and manpower requirements.
Ensure proper inventory control for food, beverages, supplies, equipment, and restaurant essentials.
Track restaurant performance, identify operational problems, and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, hygiene rules, and operational procedures.
Provide short, clear, and timely updates to management on daily operations, issues, sales, staff matters, and urgent concerns.
Maintain discipline, speed, accuracy, and consistency across the restaurant team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or hospitality operations.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Outlet Manager, or similar role will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, team handling, inventory control, hygiene, and service standards.
Ability to manage staff, control service flow, solve problems, and handle pressure during busy hours.
Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-handling skills.
Good understanding of billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, stock tracking, wastage control, and operational reporting.
Must be disciplined, punctual, alert, accountable, and able to follow instructions properly.
Strong memory, fast learning ability, and attention to small operational details.
Ability to work independently without repeated follow-ups and take full ownership of restaurant operations.
Must be able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, team discipline, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Work Setup:

6 working days per week
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly off may fall on Saturday or Sunday
Location: Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, Near Pepsicola
