Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage the reception area and provide excellent service to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle front-office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage room bookings, guest registrations, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Ensure excellent hospitality standards and deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
• Perform other front office and administrative duties assigned by management.
