Job Description

  • To assist Directors for reviewing of dealer service and parts objectives and to achieve targets.
  • To visit all existing customers and other brand customers.
  • To prepare and send reports, inquiries, service reports to Directors, Principal Companies.
  • To coordinate service trainees, service engineers to achieve service and parts objectives and targets.
  • To suggest the right and prompt service solution coordinating with Parts and Service Personnel.
  • To maintain customer's machines as per policy.
