• Handling appointments, remembering and organizing meetings, managing calendar, maintaining and storing files and preparing correspondence like meeting minutes and write-ups.
• Provide support to the sales team in day to day dissemination of duties.
• Co-ordinate and ensure regular follow-ups with sales team and department heads to ensure that the business objectives are met.
• Serves customers by backing-up sales team; answering customer calls; forwarding messages; making follow up calls; processing customer orders and other related jobs. 
• Ability to independently handle given job responsibility.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
