Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : Not Required
Other Specification
  • Experience in handling at least one of the following GDS’s viz. Amadeus, Abacus or Galileo; but not a requisite 
  • Should be mature and have good interpersonal skills
  • Should be result driven 
  • Must have a sense of confidentiality
  • Must be Customer Focused 
  • Should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali
  • Should be willing to learn, grow and work as a team
  • Should be pro-active and  willing to travel
  • Should be a computer literate with excellent skills in MS Office
  • Should possess the interest in pursuing a career in Travel and Tourism.

Job Description

  • Record and process all reservations received via mail(s), telephone, facsimile, or in person efficiently and accurately and convert such dealing to sales where possible.
  • Issue and re-issue revalidation air ticket using Abacus, Galileo & Amadeus reservation systems, preferably Abacus/Sabre
  • Handling the Inquiries related to Domestic and International Air Ticketing. 
  • Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation, rescheduling and reissuing of air tickets
