Job Description

Understanding and learning Karkhana and its programs:

Build understanding of Karkhana wheel, CAT mode, TMPI, Novel Engineering, Playful Engineering based learning -PEBL.
Have a sound understanding of Karkhana Products, its features and how it is implemented.
Understand STEAM pedagogy, hands-on and inquiry based teaching and learning approaches.
Understand how the curriculum is integrated in Karkhana products especially Karkhana Science
Understand and learn about Karkhana Science, its contents, digital kit and its teachers support system.

Coordination with Stakeholders:

Coordinate with the client to execute the karkhana science program as per the MOU.
Coordination with Karkhana coordinators for scheduling of class observations
Coordination with Karkhana coordinators for scheduling of training.
Follow up with clients for support and get feedback through phone calls and whatsapp/viber
Coordinate with all the school science teachers to fulfill the commitment in MOU.

Customer Service and Support:

Keep the whatsapp group active with frequent posts .
Reply to the posts made by teachers.
Make a phone call to each teachers biweekly and get updates about the lessons they taught, challenges they are facing and their further plans
Report to rapid response team if any issues arrive through phone calls or whatsapp
Guide and encourage teachers to use rapid response forms in cases of issues.
Document the conversations that took place during the call.
Visit school for the co-teaching and class observations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document the details of all the teachers implementing karkhana Science and Primary STEAM
Track and document the progress of karkhana lessons taught by the teachers
Document the reports of class observations in each schools
Document the lesson feedback give by teachers and students as well as from own observation
Document the teacher training reports
Keep track of the participation of teachers in scheduled teacher development programs
Take feedback about the Karkhana product from teachers, students and parents through a planned process like survey, phone interview etc
Update school related insights and conversations in Pipedrive or assigned platforms
Arrange all the pictures sent by teachers in whatsapp and document them in the individual School folder.

Organizing the events:

Needs to provide support in events such as onboarding training and Science days.
Coordinate with teachers to attend the sessions through phone calls and whatsapp/viber.
Coordination of logistics related to the events.
