Roles and responsibilities of this job

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for both clinical/ non-clinical aspects of the day to day operations in a healthcare environment, including physician offices, nursing stations, or other healthcare facilities as applicable. The candidate will manage the smooth functioning of the Centre in line with the company image and meet the goals and targets as set by the Center Manager/Country Manager. He/she is the key person responsible for creating a brand identity for the organization in his/her city/country.

The person will have approx .2-3 direct reportees & manage a team size of approx. 45-50 employees, depending upon the situation and requirement.

Role Specifics:

Responsible for end-to-end operations and management of assigned center(s) and scope of business operations.
Promoting excellent customer service to customers and clients
Implement and maintain center operations policies and procedures while working closely with the corporate teams
Enhancing people's productivity and engagement at center.
Adherence to A code of conduct i.e. set of rules that become a standard for all employees under different circumstances in the workplace. Behavioral standards -the reasonable standards of behavior that are expected of them in the workplace. This includes collaborating with co-workers, time keeping, ownership of assigned tasks, ability to take additional responsibilities etc.
Overall responsibility for the business unit's operations and performance of the center. To ensure highest level of service standards & service quality are met during day-to-day operations at the Center.
Ensuring the customer feedback is collected through C-Sat for all service touch points and the defined TAT for different service stations is adhered to.
Initiate and monitor performance by way of Internal audits (directed by the corporate team time-time); to improve the existing processes
Innovating new systems for optimum Center functions/throughout.
Responsible for inventory management and logistics of center.
Set up inventory management process: Physical Inventory/stock upkeep, intime delivery of stock, consumption, and readiness.
Responsible for resource availability as per business operations requirement, their utilization, developing teams' skills and productivity
Ensuring standards for Quality, Customer Service, and Health & Safety are maintained.
Managing escalations, incidents, non-compliances, and complaint management and providing effective Resolutions.

Suggest/monitor software changes be implemented as per business requirements. Coordinate for IT issues.

Crowd Management & addressing applicant queries.
Demonstrates appropriate discretion and judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Center specific:

Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies in the city/country
Manage the effective coordination of all divisions in the center/corporate office
Manage effective coordination with QVC at the center level
Support in vendor and supplier management - SLAS, contracts, and overall governance
Work with the project team on the construction progress and identify any issues at early stages and mitigate them.
Participate in snagging and ensuring these snags are rectified prior to signing off the handover certificate.
Document, manage, and update, if applicable, all drawings
Plan for facilities ongoing maintenance to ensure their upkeep, including Annual/Quarterly Maintenance contracts for equipment in the facility. Ensure the upkeep of the facility. Inform and coordinate for the rectification of any breakdown in facility.
Handle emergencies in close coordination with the center and corporate team.
Closure of all certifications for Normal cases within 24-36 hours of the applicant's visit to QMC
Timely Closure of Referral cases, abreast of coordinating with the referral partner, LAB's & Hospital's vis-a-vis' appointment scheduling, test reports, and smoothly lining the process
The cumulative Turn Around Time per normal Applicant at the QMC to complete the Visa Medical Process, starting from Applicant registration to completion of Chest X-Ray. This will also be considered in the evaluation
Pending & Resolved Cases
Focus on achieving applicant delight & engagement, experience: CSAT score - CSAT Score for the Centre

OM & Reporting:

Reports to the Regional Head of Operations/Country Manager/Head of Operations, depending upon the location/business strategy
Administrative reporting to the Center Manager
The person will have approximately.2 direct reportees & manage a team size of approx.45-50 employees. Depending upon the location/business strategy
Coordination and communication with the global team as per the requirement

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Postgraduate/Graduate in healthcare management/hospital management/business management.
Proficient in the use of computers - word processing & spreadsheets, etc.
Minimum 2 years of overall experience with at least good experience in a Managerial position in a Healthcare/Hospital organization
Understanding of processes and practices of healthcare business operations
Managerial acumen with the ability to lead, run, and produce outcomes.
Familiarity and/or comfort with healthcare operations and management
