• Coordinate Khalti’s Integration with different Banks, Finance companies, microfinance,  co-operatives, remittance, and other financial institutions
• Supervise and guide the Bank and Finance team
• Prepare and Update Standard Operating Procedure for Bank and Finance team
• Ensure that all compliance is being met on time
• Relationship Management with Banks, finance, microfinance, cooperatives, remittance, and other financial institutions
• Ensure that all Khalti users get instant and proper support from Bank and also from Khalti’s support team in case the users face any issues
• Ensure Daily Funds Reconciliation, Balance Sheet, and Reporting and support accounts department for the same
• Maintain strong relation with Banks and their staff for Khalti’s Promotions in Bank platforms
• Provide support to financial institutions whenever required and ensure their engagement status
• Assist the compliance team as per requirement
• Assure daily funds settlement and accuracy of reconciliations
