NA invites applications from qualified and committed individuals for the post of Admin/Finance Officer.

Position: Admin/Finance Officer
No. of requirements: 1
Location: Dhapakhel-23, Lalitpur

The candidate for this position will be based in Lalitpur and expected to perform following tasks:

Responsible for overall administrative and financial management, including budget planning, implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and management of day-to-day financial transactions.
Prepare journal vouchers, control ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, and generate financial reports in accordance with donor guidelines and prescribed formats.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial management, auditing, taxation, and accounting practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Maintain effective written and verbal communication in both English and Nepali.
Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, banks, program staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
Provide coaching and support to community-based groups, ensuring proper financial documentation and compliance with financial management procedures at the community level.
Oversee administrative functions, including general administration, asset management, procurement, inventory management, and coordination of office operations.

Minimum required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management or related field with at least two years of work experience.

Note: Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the rules of NA.
