The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the operations of a 15-25 room budget hotel in Chitwan(Sauraha). The Assistant Manager of the hotel will be expected to uphold the standards and procedures of the Hotel and maintain the integrity of the brand. Primary responsibilities of a Assistant Manager are:

• Leading and supervising a team of around 5-10 personnel to meet targets and goals
• Upholding the hotel's standards.
• Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
• Effectively resolving guest complains
• Completing all required paperwork
• Conducting local marketing activities
• Carrying out travel service assistance
• Carrying out basic maintenance work
• Being a local representative for the company
• The job requires regular travelling
