𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘆𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝘁𝗱. is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of 𝗔𝗚𝗠 𝗛𝗥/𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻/𝗚𝗥/𝗣𝗥/𝗜𝗥/𝗘𝗥 (𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆) based in Mirchaiya, Siraha.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles within the cement or mining industry, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing operational and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and address HR and administrative issues.
Exercise rigorous control over operational costs to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
Oversee all aspects of limestone mining operations, focusing on cost management and efficiency.
Strategically manage transportation from mines to factory, optimizing logistics and minimizing disruptions.
Collaborate with Logistics Department to streamline processes and mitigate bottlenecks.
Foster trust and collaboration through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Ensure fair treatment and a positive work culture for employees while shaping the company's public image.

Other requirements:

Thorough understanding of mining operations, encompassing cost management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Proficiency in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
