Job Description

  • Creating a portfolio of client and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
  • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
  • Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying ‘at risk’ accounts and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
  • Monitoring work performance of team members and setting sales targets
  • Generate and develop new clients
  • Provide strategic support for market analysis, new clients pitching, and development of overall business target of the agency
  • Abide by working policies and ensures that data confidentiality is maintained 
  • Maintain projects, timelines, media schedules and due dates
  • Reporting monthly to the management team regarding the monthly sales and plans
  • Conduct and report weekly meeting with supervisors and the team
