Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our cosmetic product sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetics and personal care sales, a keen understanding of retail and distribution channels, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for skincare, haircare, makeup, and personal care products in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities with cosmetic retailers, salons, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key cosmetic clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for partners on product benefits and usage.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing product queries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan promotions, influencer partnerships, and sampling campaigns.
  • Track regional sales performance, generate forecasts, and report KPIs to management.
