Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead Reizvoll Cosmetics’ marketing, brand growth and customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics marketing, digital platforms, campaign management and brand development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, strengthening brand visibility and driving measurable sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business and sales objectives.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
Manage social media strategy, content planning and brand communication.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, influencers and external agencies where required.
Develop influencer marketing, collaboration and partnership initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Work closely with the sales and management teams to generate qualified leads and increase conversions.
Track campaign performance, customer acquisition and marketing ROI.
Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
Maintain consistent brand positioning, visual identity and communication across all marketing channels.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of content marketing, influencer marketing and brand management.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach.
Ability to analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and market trends.
Experience managing marketing teams, agencies or creative partners is an advantage.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other creative tools is beneficial.
Strong organisational, leadership and project-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.

Salary: NPR 100,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills.
