We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Officer – Cosmetics Division with strong cosmetics-market connections, distributor-handling experience, and the ability to lead a field sales team. The ideal candidate should not only follow instructions but also be capable of thinking independently, identifying market opportunities, creating sales activities, and taking ownership of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field coaching, training, and performance monitoring of Sales Officers/Sales Supervisors.
Manage distributors and handle day-to-day distributor operations, including order planning, stock management, payment follow-up, secondary/tertiary sales, and market support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cosmetics wholesalers, retailers, beauty parlours, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets.
Expand the company's distribution and retail network within Kathmandu Valley.
Plan and execute market activities, product promotions, retailer schemes, visibility programs, sampling, and other sales-driving initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase product penetration and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, new product launches, and market trends and provide regular feedback to management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and market reports.
Take ownership of sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed them.
Coordinate with the management and internal teams for product availability, promotional activities, and market requirements.
Ensure proper execution of company policies, pricing, schemes, merchandising, and promotional activities in the market.
Handle market issues independently and take quick, practical decisions to drive sales.
Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across Kathmandu Valley as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cosmetics/Beauty/Personal Care industry, preferably with strong experience in Kathmandu Valley.
Proven experience in team handling, field coaching, and sales team monitoring.
Strong experience in distributor handling, including orders, stock, payments, and sales planning.
Must have a strong network and good working relationships with cosmetics wholesalers, retailers, beauty parlours, and modern trade outlets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Must be proactive, energetic, and capable of independently developing market activities and sales-driving ideas.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and business targets.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be comfortable with regular field visits and market travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Male and female candidates are welcome; Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidate should have strong market knowledge of Kathmandu Valley and understand the dynamics of the cosmetics retail/wholesale business.
Should be able to analyze sales data and convert market information into actionable sales plans.
Strong ownership, accountability, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
