Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, and lead generation.
Promote and sell the company's products and solutions to corporate and individual clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits effectively.
Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree (completed or running) in Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology, Electronics, Communication, or a related field.
Candidates with Intermediate (+2) qualification may also be considered if they possess strong relevant sales experience.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in:

Corporate Sales
IT Products
Office Automation Equipment
Telecommunications
Audio Visual (AV) Solutions
Networking Solutions
Or other related industries.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of corporate sales processes and business development.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
