Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Officer to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives that promote the company's products and services, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support business objectives.
Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare periodic reports.
Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong business acumen with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to create and develop new markets and business opportunities.
Valid Bike/Scooter Driving Licence is compulsory.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills and performance.
